Some facts first and history about the Island:

Khao Phing Kan, which is the real name of James Bond Island, became known in 1974 because of the movie “The Man with the Golden Gun”. The impressive limestone cliffs and floating sea gypsy village makes a day at Phang Nga bay an unique experience.

During the bus trip to Phang Nga Bay and James Bond island me and my guide instructor colleges intriguing facts about Thailand and its culture. First stop after picking up our clients from their hotel was Rubber tree plantation where we saw and learned how to get liquid from the rubber tree and what you can make from it.

Wat Tan Monkey Temple are visited during the day with beautiful temple and hungry monkeys.

After a longtail boat trip from mainland to Panyee island we have a lunch and guided tour around interesting Sea Gypsy village before heading to famous James Bond island. You can swim and explore the attractions on the island before return trip to the mainland and hotel.
