My journey to international work: preparingon-the-job learning period in Germany

Hey, everybody! I have had the opportunity to study, which has opened doors for me
international working life. I thought I’d share with you my thoughts and preparations for the future
for my on-the-job training period.
It all started with an introduction to the concept of internationalism and its significance
working life. I was delighted to hear that I would have the opportunity to leave Erasmus
through training abroad. I’ve always been interested in internationalism.
I am studying financial management and have planned to go on-the-job training in Germany.
The episode runs for a month and starts in September. This opportunity is very exciting because
it offers me a unique opportunity to develop my professional skills and learn new things
in an international environment. Internship at Art Gallery Santa Clara, Germany
Wiesbaden.
Preparations for the trip have gone well. I have all the necessary documents in order, such as:
EuroCV and Europass and have ordered a European health insurance card from Kela. In addition, I have
acquired travel insurance. I travel by plane and the plane tickets are supposed to be taken care of
later. I’m probably staying through Airbnb, not far from where I train.
Why do I want to go abroad to acquire skills? I believe that international experience
enriching my professional skills and opening up new career opportunities. Working abroad offers
the opportunity to learn about different economic systems and practices, which broadens my perspective
and give me new ideas. In addition, I have the opportunity to develop my German
I already know. I believe that good language skills are an important part of international work.
In addition, I hope to learn how to work effectively in a multicultural team and
a better understanding of how cultural differences can affect work and
customer contacts.
I’m looking forward to what I’m learning and experiencing over the next few months. This experience helps
to prepare me better for future challenges and opportunities
